Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead architectural design, integration strategy, and delivery for a multi-org Salesforce environment transitioning under the company. This role is critical for ensuring seamless integration between two Salesforce instances, supporting post-transaction system alignment, and providing coverage during the current architect’s maternity leave. The ideal candidate will possess deep Salesforce expertise (Sales Cloud, FSC, Pardot) and experience managing end-to-end integrations across enterprise systems.
Duties:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead architectural design, integration strategy, and delivery for a multi-org Salesforce environment transitioning under the company. This role is critical for ensuring seamless integration between two Salesforce instances, supporting post-transaction system alignment, and providing coverage during the current architect’s maternity leave. The ideal candidate will possess deep Salesforce expertise (Sales Cloud, FSC, Pardot) and experience managing end-to-end integrations across enterprise systems.
Duties:
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Asset Management and/or Financial Services Cloud, aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Drive post-transaction integration between Salesforce orgs, including reconnection/disconnection of systems as part of migration activities.
Develop and maintain technical architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards. - Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, translating them into high-performance Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with business, technology, and infrastructure teams to maintain data integrity and optimize performance across CRM, telephony, and analytics platforms.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Configure and customize Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports to support asset management and financial services processes.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, data security, and compliance with Financial Services Cloud standards.
- Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet architectural guidelines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor and support development teams, offering technical leadership and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce and asset management processes.
- Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and create detailed documentation to ensure smooth handover and continuity for ongoing operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in enterprise software companies
- Proven track record of supporting CROs and Sales leadership in complex, multi-product organizations
- Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, FSC, Pardot and experience managing end-to-end integrations across enterprise systems
- Experience managing large operating budgets, operating unit or geography P&Ls, and driving cross-functional alignment on sales financial strategy
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading a high performing teams
